Salary has not increased in 2 years, but there are more demands and fewer benefits

My manager combined my annual increase and promotion increase. I did a great work for the past 1yr and 9 mos and all I get is 8% increase. I normally get 12% for the annual increase and 12 to 20% for the promotion increase. I find it unfair on my part. Plus the benefits are not that great.

I appreciate the pay raise given but 3% is quite low compared to the tax and inflation spikes.

There's a lot to improve. From showing respect to their colleagues specially those in senior roles. Those in IT team(DS & GSD) they need to up skill themselves. They never exerted an effort to do a research, isolate and troubleshoot an issue. They will immediately escalate it to the higher tier
