
I like the base amount so far but an increase would be helpful. I also think the best part are the stipends, but again there could hopefully be one for transportation.

There were multiple days that I wasn't able to take my lunch since I was still on a call until my shift ended. I was just saddened to know since it was not an announced OT need within those times that it happened that it will become unpaid. That is all that I am not happy about.

There are no timely rewards for hard work. Merit is provided 7-8 months after the annual review. This should be updated. There should also be an additional opportunity to be promoted each year. Having to wait 18+ months for a well deserved promo is demotivating to those that want to progress.
