There were multiple days that I wasn't able to take my lunch since I was still on a call until my shift ended. I was just saddened to know since it was not an announced OT need within those times that it happened that it will become unpaid. That is all that I am not happy about.

Collective responsibility is something from the USSR times. It's a shame that such a thing is practiced in RC. The team's successes within the product line are not marked or paid in any way. The issue of compensation is determined by the mood and personal fears of the some key people.

There are no timely rewards for hard work. Merit is provided 7-8 months after the annual review. This should be updated. There should also be an additional opportunity to be promoted each year. Having to wait 18+ months for a well deserved promo is demotivating to those that want to progress.
