RingCentral Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think overall is good

Review from Design Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Knowing that I have stable and affordable healthcare is imperative. However, the wages and meals are great too!

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 19 days ago

Stock and stock as a bonus

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 21 days ago

It's at or above the competitors in the space.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 21 days ago

Ability to purchase company stock at a discount.

Review from Design Dept · Posted 22 days ago

The benefit I value most is the flexibility in work days.

Review from Design Dept · Posted 22 days ago

The best part is that the compensation package feels balanced, with a solid mix of base salary, benefits, and equity. I also appreciate that it supports long-term growth and gives employees a sense of stability.

Review from Design Dept · Posted 22 days ago

For me, it’s the flexibility: the option to work in a hybrid stile (WFH vs RTO)

Review from Product Dept · Posted 22 days ago

A whole lot of money

Review from Design Dept · Posted 22 days ago

Quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Review from Design Dept · Posted 22 days ago

The overall benefits package, particularly health coverage and time off, provides good peace of mind and supports work-life balance.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Quarterly bonuses, good health benefits, RSUs, flexible time off, free breakfast, lunch, office perks.

Review from Design Dept · Posted 23 days ago

free HMO for my family

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Quarterly bonus structure is nice. The benefits package overall is designed to take care of employees and our families.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Stock options, free food at office

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Not just having options but having GREAT ones to craft what I need.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Great insurance, great bonus structure

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Total take home pay as well as benefits like Student loan matching and charitable matching

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Health insurance and stock options

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 23 days ago

espp, stock options comp, etc

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 24 days ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued when my compensation doesn’t fully reflect the scope of my responsibilities, impact, and the level at which I contrib

Review from Design Dept · Posted 22 days ago

No pay rise in line with inflation, RSU's are no longer issued

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 24 days ago

I feel undervalued because my base salary is too low relative to the high-level responsibilities I handle daily. Additionally, the high cost of HMO premiums for dependents significantly reduces my take-home pay.

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation is good. However, incentives are not really distributed equally.

Review from Engineering Dept

Though our salaries are on par with market, AI has became hot skill and the market has picked that up and my kind of skills are in demand. But still RC is going through same standard cycles which makes the outside market lucrative

Review from Engineering Dept

Commitments regarding my career advancement were not honored, even though I achieved all set targets.

Review from Engineering Dept

Most Product companies give Additional RSUs as compensation which seems to be missing here

Review from Engineering Dept

a newbie, just joined. The leader has more trust in long-term employees.

Review from Engineering Dept

There is actually a difference between undervalued and underpaid, I cannot say that I feel in any possible way undervalued here in RingCentral, its just the economy inflation which unfortunately keeps requiring additional rise in the salary every year in order to keep the same lifestyle.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stocks, Cab facilities, Inspire points

Review from Product Dept

our allowances was paid in delay we didn't receive an allowance payment on our regularization as agreed on our contract. possible breach of contract if not paid on the promised date feb 15 together with the missed cutoff days

Review from Customer Support Dept

Staying at the company for more than 8 years is amazing (culture and inclusion wise) but with the pay I'm getting I think it does not align with what I do and give to the company. On my level and with my team mates they are getting more than I am and must have a fair and aligned salary for all.

Review from HR Dept

The compensation i s a bit lower versus the tasks & responsibility that we have for the job. It's so stressful that everyday, you'll make feel so tired & exhausted.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My role is customer-facing where I facilitate training sessions to companies in the US. I think I deserve more compensation.

Review from Business Development Dept

There were multiple days that I wasn't able to take my lunch since I was still on a call until my shift ended. I was just saddened to know since it was not an announced OT need within those times that it happened that it will become unpaid. That is all that I am not happy about.

Review from Operations Dept

stop biased judgement with team members

Review from Customer Support Dept

probably because of a bit slower promotion system

Review from Finance Dept

To get a raise. I haven't gotten one for more than 4 years now. Plus inflation is sky high.

Review from HR Dept

My prior merits had a stock component and now the stock value is much lower than what it was during the prior merits. I don't think our salaries covered the inflation rate over the past three years.

Review from Engineering Dept

Almost all of my salary goes to monthly expenses, and it feels like 21st century slavery. I know that I earn the least in my team and for more than two years I have not seen any significant results, no matter what I do. I think that changing employers would be the best solution.
