It's a good company. Some of newer members of the C-suite don't understand the culture of the employees or company & are trying to turn us into the company he left. Good people are leaving due to lack of flexibility and antiquated views on work.

I love my manager and most of our leadership but not as far as those who decided to radically change our commission scheme. It has greatly affected our numbers as well as our finances. I think the executive team did not consider us in this decision.

The recruiters slow down the process. Offers are very slow to be sent even after verbal confirmation. Recruiters take days to get back to a candidate and then a different RC recruiter will reach out to the same candidate about a different posting! It's a mess
