We are able to lift up one another virtually especially when work seems very hard and impossible

Excellence at work. Company not only requires employee to be excel but they always make sure to give their employees excellent treatment.

ultimately it is the Salary compensation/ Secondly its the people I work with and work for. I have already built relationship with them

They are good people always ready to help. Our work and goals complement each other so we do not need to compete to one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my manager and most of our leadership but not as far as those who decided to radically change our commission scheme. It has greatly affected our numbers as well as our finances. I think the executive team did not consider us in this decision.
