What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I've notice there is a lack of representation of women in top leadership positions. I would like to see consideration of the unique perspectives, experiences, skills that older employees bring to the table. I have noticed a keen focus on diversity initiatives, yet Caucasians seem to be excluded.

Stock plan value dropped 90% before i was in a position to sell. Major loss of earnings Uplift in stock and some increase in base to align with inflation and higher cost of living.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am sure that whatever happens I'll never get rude response or inappropriate comment here. That no one will diminish my work by who I am (women, non-native English speaker etc.)
