For me, it’s the flexibility: the option to work in a hybrid stile (WFH vs RTO)

I like how the leadership team clearly reveal our strategic goals and maintains an open, transparent communication style across all levels.

We all have a feeling that we are "in the same boat". And the resulting product quality really matters for everyone.

I like to be involved in making product that matters for customers, to create a service that makes lives better and work tasks easier.

My team is dedicated to fulfill all the goals, the overall result is important for them, they are doing their beast and a bit more
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am sure that whatever happens I'll never get rude response or inappropriate comment here. That no one will diminish my work by who I am (women, non-native English speaker etc.)
