Since many layoff rounds, a load is doubled or even tripled. But no raise. No room for significant salary increase to be satisfied with modern live costs.

I feel like I wasn't compensated enough for my position, tho still grateful for what I have now

The salaries for employees on my team are all over the place and it seems based off gender and not seniority or skill level. I was given a bigger raise over a year ago and then nothing since. I also think compensation is not matching the inflation we're seeing which has been difficult.
