Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
None of the partnerships benefit me. My salary is lower than the compensation given to junior designers at international companies.

Salaries are well below the role and for those of us who live in countries with high inflation, since there are no quarterly adjustments, the salary is losing purchasing power and is not enough.

Growth and career path have a lot of bureaucracy, higher seniorities requires time consuming mandatory tasks such us career lead or pre-sales participation, but this tasks are not rewarded and recognized at all and compensation rates are not the highest compared with similar companies.
