What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're kind and value both the clients and the outside lives of their employees. I think they do a good job of being clear with expectations without being unkind.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just recently had to go into the doctor's office and got a summary of the bills. It showed how much my company insurance was able to negotiate down for me. I was pleasantly surprised.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not at all, pay is under-market value for the position I am in, but I still feel I'm treated fairly and respected. The issue is most likely related to the region, being a Midwestern company and not an overly competitive area for this industry.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team isn't afraid to have fun and be goofy, but are all also dedicated to their work and making sure it's being done well. It's a neat environment to be a part of. I work remotely, and our weekly video meetings are great to get to know others.

Brainstorming meetings need to produce inspirational content, examples or even provide the exact stock content you want for your task.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With the number of meetings we have, we've been able to build friendships, and that makes it a lot easier to receive critical feedback from team members. If you know the tone and voice of your co-workers, it's easier not to assume anger or frustration.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a relationship with the hiring manager before I was hired. So I didn't have a traditional interview. I was previously doing contract work for the company before they had an opening and decided to hire me on full time. So y process was more of a "trial run."

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
A lot of things can happen in the interview process that can delay/slow things down. Communication with the potential hire can suffer because of this and with today's job climate that can be damaging

What makes you most happy at work?
I like a number of the clients we work on. I'm on the creative team, so getting to work with brands that are fun is a plus, especially when I'm able to think of a new concept or idea that makes them excited.
