Best part of the compensation: flexible hours. I know that doesn't sound like compensation, but it's very tightly coupled. I get paid for delivering results, not what time I show up or how late I stay. That makes a big difference in how I see my compensation.

RSUs and refresher should be much higher

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part about my team is that they are solid, self-sufficient individuals who bring knowledge and talent to the table. I trust they can do what needs to be done or reach out to the right people for assistance. On top of that, I enjoy interacting with them and can be myself!

Close the usability gap between Windows and Mac OS, and design a mobile device that all consumers can use every day, not just situationally.

I ended up letting my guard down and speaking longer than I normally would in front of strangers, so it's reasonable to say I must have felt fairly comfortable.
