Review from Engineering Dept
All benefits are good for me.
The Benefits package is the best part
PAY. Microsoft is known for paying low and having low refreshers and promotional increases. Even if they never get up to industry standards, they should at least strive to get halfway there. They have the capital to do so. Definitely needs to be more than what it is.
After working for a company for 17 years you would think there are more chances to move up, but instead the likable employees move ahead and then block you so you don't make them look inadequate.

Be more transparent about the culture of rewards and compensation. More based on popularity than pure individual contribution.
Review from Sales Dept
Microsoft needs to drop its practice of discriminating in hiring based on demographic. At Microsoft each interview pool must contain a certian number of people based on demographic and hiring managers must justify why they arwnt hiring a "diverse" candidate,
MS likes to have interviews back to back (4-5) and does not let the interviewer know what they covering
