Microsoft is a generous cimpany. Howevere, more work needs to be fine to close the gap between executive and employee pay, especially in the are of stock grants.
Stock grants, fitness money each year to use on equipment, gym membership or outdoor gear.
Donation matching up to $15k
Decent pay, and many little perks like fitness allowance and communting programs.

Multiple years as a contractor and no Microsoft benefits. Otherwise compensation is pretty good.
Pay is very less compared to Faang companies
I think that there is big breach with what MSFT earns and what is shared with employees.
I'm doing most of the work others get credit for and get paid a fraction of what they make
Long hours on projects that get killed out of the blue via an email. No AMA. No discussions.
