Microsoft is a generous cimpany. Howevere, more work needs to be fine to close the gap between executive and employee pay, especially in the are of stock grants.

Stock grants, fitness money each year to use on equipment, gym membership or outdoor gear.

Donation matching up to $15k

Decent pay, and many little perks like fitness allowance and communting programs.

All kind of benefits from medical subscription to ESPP

Review from Customer Support Dept

Equity is fantastic bump to the total comp

Salary is excellent and the flexible benefits package, on top of the already excellent default benefits, is superb (i.e. spending account to claim back for hobbies, family care, dog-walking, etc. etc.)

Review from Customer Success Dept

The Perks+ package is fantastic.

Multiple years as a contractor and no Microsoft benefits. Otherwise compensation is pretty good.

Pay is very less compared to Faang companies

I think that there is big breach with what MSFT earns and what is shared with employees.

I'm doing most of the work others get credit for and get paid a fraction of what they make

Long hours on projects that get killed out of the blue via an email. No AMA. No discussions.

By the value and raising company being valued as part of the team and clearly knowing the value of your worth

Review from Admin Dept

Better pay if I’m going to do the work of 3 peopl

getting paid at industry level.

Higher compensation for the work i do

The expected me to provide ~600 square feet of shop and storage space in my home without any compensation of any form.

Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Product Dept

More appreciation, or at least managers who sole job is not convincing me that I'm worthless

Treat people like the valued asset they are.

Being paid fair market salary

Tenure means loyalty and inshould be given more stocks

Unfairness in empowerment. Lack of any culture to respect diversity of background of employees. They need to make it right.

compensation is microsoft is known to be low and it has only gotten worse

More money and better benefits

Microsoft underpays its engineers compared to Google and Amazon.
