What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are quite a few additional benefits beyond the normal ones.

The health insurance package. I came here from a health insurance company, and the benefits were so much more expensive and less comprehensive!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No steady salary increase year over year.

Lack of pay transparency, salaries are not competitive

For the same role with the exact same deliverables, I'm paid 75% less than others. I have more experience and actually, much more responsibility. Even offered to uproot my family and move if that's what it took, and still there's no explanation for why my salary is lower and what they plan to do.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership need to be more transparent and truthful. At company-wide meetings, they make it sound like everyone is just DYING to go back to an office. However, every single meeting where regular employees interact, they all say they don't want to return to in-person office.
