Review from IT Dept
Everyone is super helpful and willing to jump in an lend a hand. People here build one another up instead of tearing each other down. I really love interacting with my colleagues!

Review from HR Dept
We genuinely like and respect each other! It's nice to have a mix of flex and remote employees, based all around the world.
Review from IT Dept
They are kind. They do not micromanage me. They trust me to do my job. They empower me!

Review from Admin Dept
The alignment to our company's mission.
Review from HR Dept
Our team is fun, engaging, and caring, and they also work hard to get *stuff* done.
Review from Communications Dept
My team knows how to build relationships with each other while also doing the work.
Review from HR Dept
Some of my coworkers could be better at communicating throughout the day. As a fully remote team, it's important to be able to get status updates, etc. I don't like pointless meetings, but quick slack updates are helpful and some people tend to be absent there.
Review from Sales Dept
To improve: upskill, move faster. To work better together: Communicate often and honestly about project status, priorities, blockers.
Review from Marketing Dept
More team spirit and less ego.
Review from Operations Dept
As Chegg is not able to compete with the industry standards in paying employees with respect to market standards they are hiring cheap talent and contractors from service-based companies. For example, our team has 4 contractors, 1 intern and 6 full time employees.
Review from Engineering Dept
More openness towards new team members
Review from HR Dept
Theres not a lot of direction, so it seems like individuals do their own thing. I believe this is more of a leadership issue.
Review from Marketing Dept
There's a lot of judgement and a sense of superiority. Ideas are not so welcomed.
Review from HR Dept
educate each other so that we have a common knowledge base as a team
Review from Engineering Dept
They dont need to improve. My manager does. He portrays my image as if I am flowing the team to negative path if I make them aware of what proabble wrongs are happening in team.
Review from Operations Dept
I think Coworkers should leave their college like attitude, and respect their Experience colleagues and true colleagues in team. Avoid any kind of back slapping and unnecessary favorism, and isolate other one
Review from Operations Dept
Stop the unwanted competition. Let's support and help each other instead of being selfish and pushing others down
Review from Engineering Dept
not all coworkers are emotionally sensitive. Particular issues around inclusivity towards workers who are not hetronormative/cisgender unfortunately
Review from Engineering Dept
At least half of the meetings could be an email. Meetings have no agenda
Review from Marketing Dept
coworkers need to put themselves in the shoes of customers and ask themselves how they would like to be treated... it's as simple as that... rather than being obnoxious & rude
