What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary-based, but also very flexible when it comes to PTO/etc

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to try and learn new things, as well as having a voice

What are some of the best things about your team?

Very social people, try their best to be nice to everyone, even if you have differing personalities

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Quick to get things done, listens to everyone and loves to get feedback and advice, makes everyone feel like they have a voice. Great ideas come from them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexibility, always understanding if you need time off or need to step away from the office for a moment. Willing to work with you on new ideas and innovation.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

A lot of things can happen in the interview process that can delay/slow things down. Communication with the potential hire can suffer because of this and with today's job climate that can be damaging

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not at all, pay is under-market value for the position I am in, but I still feel I'm treated fairly and respected. The issue is most likely related to the region, being a Midwestern company and not an overly competitive area for this industry.
