What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Their ability to listen to the pulse of the team and then taking actions on what they've heard. They are very personable, approachable to talk to and are willing to jump in to help.

The leadership team leads by example, and they work hard each and every day to improve themselves, the company, and the team to better serve our clients and the community. They have my complete trust and respect.

The leadership team cares about each person as an individual and takes the time to build a relationship with you and help you achieve goals. They're very transparent about company goals and finances as well.

Review from Marketing Dept

I love that the leadership team seems to really value everyone in the company and the feelings of the employees. There is immense transparency across the board and they invest in all of us receiving higher learning opportunities which is awesome!

Our leadership team is approachable and always looking to improve the organization.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Being a leader and helping your team succeed. Not having unreasonable expectations. Turn over rate of employees.

Providing the tools needed for CM's to communicate their vision for task descriptions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Responsible Time Off. It's the grown up version of PTO. Take the time you need but be respectful to your clients and team members.

I am very satisfied with my compensation.

Responsible PTO is a new benefit that is absolutely incredible.

Review from Marketing Dept

It's better than other places I've worked. It's still a small-to-medium-sized business, so there's not a whole lot of bargaining power with insurance companies. I feel like leadership has done really well with what they offer, though.

The CEOs willingness to make sure the entire team has a robust compensation program, with competitive packages and great benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

I wish there was a raise structure or yearly salary compensation review.

Review from Marketing Dept

Have benefit options but feel they could be better

Compared to other agencies, our salary is much lower.

Not at all, pay is under-market value for the position I am in, but I still feel I'm treated fairly and respected. The issue is most likely related to the region, being a Midwestern company and not an overly competitive area for this industry.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Everyone, and I mean everyone, will stop what they are doing to lend a helpful hand. Also, we like to play different games like trivia and there are some trivia sharks so be ready! Our team also strives to overachieve for our clients and with many there's a personal relationship that is built.

I am constantly amazed, and maybe even a little intimidated at times, at the brilliance of my team. Not only are they so skilled at what they do, but they are amazing people that I am friends with both in the office and outside the office.

My team is full of competent high achieving individuals who truly care about their jobs.

Review from Marketing Dept

Some of the best things about my team is everyone's willingness to collaborate, work hard, help each person out, and get the job done to the best of our abilities. We all get along so well and I am incredibly thankful for that.

Creativity, kindness and collaboration are the center of all Chatterkick meetings.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Brainstorming meetings need to produce inspirational content, examples or even provide the exact stock content you want for your task.

Review from Design Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

The different games and events that are held even though our team is mostly all remote. This helps to keep our team close.

Everyone is willing to help each other. A very fun team too!

We truly do work together as a team to provide the very best of the best to our clients. We are always looking to improve, and everyone has a positive & fun attitude that contributes to the company culture.

It's not a competition working at Chatterkick. No one is "out to get you" and there are no office politics.

Review from Marketing Dept

Chatterkick has fostered a nurturing culture with its employees. We're expected and trusted to do our work, which I love. I feel empowered to do my work well and I never feel micromanaged or looked down upon. There is an openness and emphasis on connection which is great.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Meeting a bunch of different members of the team during different interview sessions. It was nice to know who I would be directly working with and also who the other people I might be working with were.

I got to meet many of the team members.

Their questions were direct and thoughtful in order to find the most skilled and best fit applicant for the team.

I got to meet one-on-one with the CEO very early on and felt like I earned my position on my proven track record and skills rather than my pedigree.

Review from Marketing Dept

I liked that the interviews felt conversational with a clear objective. I never felt uncomfortable and it was neat meeting my current team members while I was interviewing.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

It's a pretty long interview process from the first interview to actually starting the onboarding process. Interviewing with so many different people and teams seemed to drag on a bit!

Review from Marketing Dept

A lot of things can happen in the interview process that can delay/slow things down. Communication with the potential hire can suffer because of this and with today's job climate that can be damaging

Review from Design Dept

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

The coworkers and continuous opportunities to expand my knowledge in the digital world.

Review from Marketing Dept

Having frequent connection with all of our team members. Building those relationships both personally and professionally is really fun!

Proud of the work we do for our clients and how we work as a team.

My creative freedom, flexibility, and coworkers make me the happiest at work.

Working with a team of intelligent people and working with clients who are also incredible.
