I have been experiencing lately that some of my co-workers were not happy with my promotion. I also noticed that they keep on monitoring if I've made an error on my task. Some of them are unprofessional if we have previously got misunderstanding.

less micromanagement on each tasks and gives ownership and opportunities to improve existing processes, more focus on improving processes as these are what analyst leveled people have to do every day, invest in systems for employees to be able to improve process and less manual.

If Acquire/RC are bendable in the WFH set-up and improve the compensations/benefits of each employee.

encourage people to take care of themselves and allow them to have appointments during work hours without having to explain what these appointments are for. Encourage people to take some time off from work without feeling guilty of doing so and being able to pick the days that we want.
