Understanding the daily tasks people perform for the bottom to the top of the company. It seems like leadership can be so out of touch they wind up making things harder for employees and clients alike.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've made much more doing less in this field in this same town. We are encouraged to work ourselves in to the ground for little to no recognition. Health benefits are severely lacking, employer contributions to 401K are minimal at best.

The respect for our coworkers, and friendship/ family-like environment make Faithlife a good place to come every day.

Even if the company isn't great, the people are. Perhaps due to the shared trauma of being overworked and underpaid, we watch each other's backs and never leave someone struggling. I value these coworkers more than any other team I've worked with at any of my previous employers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We always grow before we can make things work. Launch, then fix it later. It's one of our values. People know us for shoddy launches. We are higher end product. Things should be as close to flawless as possible for what we are charging. Our Customer Service is slipping. Can't keep up with the issues
