It seems like every year they take something else away. They always say it’s to stay competitive but that answer doesn’t make sense. Health insurance decreased in cost but I’m having to pay more out of pocket. 401k match has decreased

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Goals not reasonably set, associates accountable for results they cannot influence. Industry very challenged with unpredictability and volatility, pace of work may be too hectic at times. Setting goals and measuring results should change from an absolute to a relative basis (vs. competition).
