Collaboration. Morale is really low. People are overworked and afraid of bring let go.
They are in the same miserable boat, were also misled to accept the job in the first place and are looking for another job outside the company, which will require a time machine to come back to the present reality
Accountability and responsibility. Change control standards need to be improved substantially. You should be able to back out a change in its entirety to it's pre-implementation state.

People dont speak up here and you are dismissed if you try.
Lots of favoritism , employees need to feel safe to speak up but you are dismissed or labeled a trouble maker if you ask too many questions.

People need to speak up and stop being so afraid and docile. People need to demand better treatment via managers and/or so called leadership. It's disgusting how many of these managers aren't held accountable.
I feel the team leaders and managers could have been more helpful by answering questions that arose instead of ignoring them. They took part in being the problem not the solution

Employees actually have restraining orders on each other the gossip is threatening in Savage the ability to move up and progress is hindered by bias and favoritism people could work better together if they just didn't say harsh things and do harsh things to each other it's actually extremely sad
