Nothing particular comes to mind
Some ideas fall to the wayside introduction of new processes can be frustrating when the process is not given the time or consideration it requires.
My manager is absolutely phenomenal at what she does and deserves all her flowers. She is definitely the best example of where you would like to be at some point.
My direct manager is absolutely wonderful. She understands work/life balance is important, but also expects me to meet expectations and meet company commitments.
transparency for the entire team
Strategy and Communication to the associates
Ongoing communication and goal management
They try to communicate to associates quarterly, but the meetings are more dog and pony and not meaty. Problems are glossed over. I had high hopes of Gail as a former athlete, hoping she would be a better leader and coach to inspire the team. She has not. Disappointing. So much potential.
The leadership team keeps associates engaged and informed about the actions being taken to meet the organization's mission and values. There's a sense of collaboration vs. authoritative management.
Care about the people and culture
Leadership understands the demands of work & home life. They encourage and support employees to find balance between the two, and offer different Employee Assistance Programs to help accomplish a healthy balance.

Everyone on the team is encouraging and supportive
Amazing and supportive leadership team
They care about the people the company serves and they take care of their employees. Great benefits and great leadership attracts talented team members.
The transparency has gotten better over the years
Some.are incredible bly nice but most seem overwhelmed
flexible no micro managing as long as the work is delivered
They motivate you and inspire you to be your best self. They will help you improve on items that you are lacking in. They will help you improve your skills needed for higher positions and encourage you to move up in your career.

I'm not sure really--they seem to be leaving in droves. I'm not even sure who they are anymore!
Review from HR Dept
Clearly defining and delineating roles and responsibilities
Adopt the change and drive busiess with thr right IT and digtal strategies
Find another job outside of healthcare where you can't hurt anyone, like as a prison guard
Engagement. Make an effort to learn what you are in charge of. Too many middle managers - not enough worker-bees.
Treating employees with respect. Desling with abusive supervisors.
Much improvemwnt needing in order to show appreciation of team members
Micromanagment and focusing on all of the wrong things
The direction changes monthly leading to high overhead and never completing a goal.
Retaining talent and caring about actuaries who do not have a degree in the field.
Review from Operations Dept
Really to early to say. I can say it is very hard to get question on issues very important to me answered from management. The training team is great.
Genuinely listening to employees instead of reciting bullet points from meetings they have with their higher up.
I had a bad experience
Being aware and supporting employees.
Align on strategic goals. Make tough decisions to simplify and build more effective teams.
Replace them by qualified leadership
Listening, being consistent. Rules are ever changing. Messaging me and expecting a meeting in 10 min is very common. They want you to be productive and be sitting on your emails and messenger too. Too stressful
Fire a lot if these horrible managers. So many are messy, vindictive, rude, unsupportiv3e, dishonest and overrated. They do not care about employees as they espouse.
Holding themselves to lead by example and treating employees better instead of tearing them down
Review from Product Dept
Valuing people and especially minorities.
Caring and not lying or manipulating
