Leadership thinking about more than just money or making a name for themselves

Take employees into confidence, nurture and create a safe and secure environment to express iinputs
Fire the leadership above director level, especially in IT. All the jobs offshored to India have the same issues that the onshore operations have...but at least now leadership doesn't have to see the inefficiency and waste during their work day.
Return to being member-focused; remove the barrier walls to silos
Get engaged. Understand the difference between delegation and dumping work you don't even understand on the few staff that remain.
Managers need training on how to be a team leader, they like to play boss and I dont see that as effective.
Honesty and transparency, something sorely lacking in this Company.

Management needs to be nicer. I feel like I am being punished and should worship them just to work there.
An overhaul with a lot of these people. Stop hiring people, then going into their background to pose a petty risk to terminate their employment. And stop using Black ppl as face of progress. Mostly Whites at the top with many tokens. Black faces, white power.
Training for success should pertain to the job and the job description should be transparent as to not have employees looking foolish by having not enough knowledge of their work
