The company constantly reduces the employee only to performance in the sense of turnover, utilization, etc. and does not see the other added values that one brings in otherwise. I would feel better if success could also be measured by the extent to which you add value, far from presentism and number

As a staff level member, all of the extra hours I spend go unnoticed and am treated not well due to the pyramid style structure of the girm.

Monotonous work without any challenge has made it boring

managers/directors do not know how to manage. negatively affects work/life balance of associates-->more associates quit. more associates quitting leads to even more hours for the remaining associates. improve management style and less people will quit.
