Pay is very low. They do offer great benefitis which helps balance it out but overall could be paid better.

The work is extremely dry and they require us to basically be available to work most hours of the day for low pay

managers/directors do not know how to manage. negatively affects work/life balance of associates-->more associates quit. more associates quitting leads to even more hours for the remaining associates. improve management style and less people will quit.
