Overall, the company is a good employer, but this always depends on which partner team you work for, because there is no common approach to various issues, be it culture, failure culture, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?

openness, honesty, fairness, good feedback culture

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

transparency, fairness, good feedback culture, innovative

What makes you most happy at work?

my colleagues, exciting projects, new topics

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

faster feedback, more information about the process in general

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Practice what they preach regarding living up to their mission and purpose statement, culture & values

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company constantly reduces the employee only to performance in the sense of turnover, utilization, etc. and does not see the other added values that one brings in otherwise. I would feel better if success could also be measured by the extent to which you add value, far from presentism and number
