It doesn't matter if you're a good worker or not. Just that you're willing to sit back and watch everything crumble around you as you wonder how your store manages to stay open. If you question things and make audible calls to fix things, you will be chastised and criticized. Good workers get passed

Needs a complete overhaul. Standard employees need to be able to talk with the burocrats, so things can operate smoothly instead of being grossly limited in keeping things smoothly running because the know nothing burocrats limiting functionality of production.
