Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do more and get paid less than when i started 10 years ago.

Pepsi Merchandiser get paid more than Coke Merchandiser, we are told that we put out twice the volume of product than Pepsi, that we are the leaders over our competitors, then shouldn't we be paid better as well?
