They need to listen to their best employees instead of shutting out whistle-blowers. When 2 or 3 employees do all the work while the others are wasting time speaking to the GM and managers for hours a day, its wrong. Then when one good manager tries to solve it, they're shut down. Why?

Manager and Supervisors are very unprofessional. It is ran very poorly due to minors being allowed to smoke outside the back door. Health regulations are horrible. I was harassed and nothing followed up with my complaint.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have lost all my hours due to reporting a creep of a manager and his innaproprate acts.

The good employees are great. Unfortunately the work culture doesn't allow for many good employees to be even hired. Even then, the good employees all have the same complaints. Its just a matter of someone finally taking steps to report them
