When we go into a mess everyday and a team will come and tell you that something else needs to be done that once was there job. Not enough time to get job done when you only get to work only 4 to 5 hours a day when you are now doing the job of 5 or 6 people.

It cuts the hours and is not good for rotating work. I'm not happy about the schedule. I need a full time job. No good for work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think management should be required to do the job for 1 full pay period. This hands on experience will show them things that the computer never will. If they did they work themselves they would all possibly resign from the job.
