They mostly seem helpful and supportive of career growth if you are the right person. They tend to treat the warehouse employees as drones and work to remove any individuality with rigid dress code rules. They do not ask for or value their opinions. It is do as you are told and don't talk back
Very reliable, Good comunication skills , great schedular
The open communication we have.
They are willing to help when they can and try to do their best with limited resources.
They are the best ever
Taking and giving feedback. I see most of my coworkers cower around team leads and managers because their feedback equals severe punishment. The work is getting consolidated to moments right before a visit, or inspection of said work.

Need to staff stores, pushing team beyond limits does not bring sales.
Review from Executive Dept
Everything ...thinking planning not just last min reactions
Review from Business Development Dept
Having realistic standards for push times
Stop promoting your friends who do the least amount of work compared to other team memebers
Review from Sales Dept
Pays the bills decent pay
Vacation pay and sick time.
Pay is above retail average
Pay is above retail for other stores
Wages are good. Discount is nice. Some of the additional benefits are useful.
I think a clear breakdown of what metrics are being measured throughout my year. In salary discussions I've been told I'm a stand out employee, but then I receive a subpar raise and am left confused as to what I could improve.

Thinking planning and more hours
Review from Business Development Dept
I feel undervalued because everyday I work I am overworked and the store constantly scales down on workers every year and I’m expected to perform at unrealistic standar
Give new team members stock options.
treated like an employee number not a person
My team is a found family, we work through tough times together. we're all very resilient. But it's a bond through trauma. we commiserate with each other, and almost never are given a chance to celebrate.

Hard working people who are always willing to help
Mostly great, hard-working people. Good leadership team.
Experienced team members work well together and understand how to make the shift be smooth and wffective with positive results.
Help one anither, work hard
Stop micromanaging those dojng a good job and ignoring those who dont. Mentor up those who need improvement instead of letting their bad work (or lack of work) slide.
Review from Sales Dept
Again, most of the issues within team dynamics hinges on compensation and accountability. While team members seen as peer leaders are implemented to encourage positive business citizenship, the lack of support from upper executives undercuts most team building behaviors.
I'm morified by the lack of depth of their education. No curiousity, no color to their lives. Bread and circuses. NFL on TV and Taylor Swift concerts.
High executive meetings are non productive. They will tell you how awesome you are in group settings but pay increases are lacking.
Lack of development and growth overall, very coddled employees
Fun company to work for. I enjoy it
My coworkers that im friendly with.
Review from Sales Dept
Good managers and good team members outweigh the negatives mostly.
Supportive, respectful, creative, and understanding
the company values and work/life balance.
The feedback system need to be reevaluated. The fear of making a mistake robs individuals of the pride that a healthy work environment requires. They want people to take ownership in store, but do nothing to give people that ownership.

Workload needs to be lighter.
Better pay, benefits and a secure work environment.
recognize those that work hard and give them better benefits for being hardworking.
Review from Operations Dept
Have leadership team work a shift as a regular team member so that they can understand how frustrating their expectations are at times. Maybe they will become more understanding, and see why most team members dislike coming to work.
Once I was talking to a person, they were easy to talk to.
It was fast and easy
Just how simple it was.
Review from Sales Dept
Able to schedule times, easy process
Review from Executive Dept
I enjoyed making the videos watching them and then remaking and editing them
Review from Business Development Dept
There was no face to face exchange whatsoever. the first time I spoke to someone about this job was after I was hired, all other interactions were through automated emails, and digital prompts. Bring back real interviews.

You interview by doing an online taping that is then viewed by the hiring manager. There is no human interacrion until you're hired. Interivew people in person even if its on the computer through video chat.
Review from Sales Dept
Communication across interviewers in the company for a better candidate experience
It was all online but cant ask questions
Review from Customer Success Dept
No pre recorded videos. Just face to face interviews
I enjoy Helping people out
When the workload doesn't feel overwhelming. Either a lighter work day or there are no (few) call outs.
Dealing with Guests and helping them, making the work environment easier to work in. Open communication with managers
Reliable schedule, Great management, Decent pay
the work that I do to help my team and align with company goals.
The policies going into place are outdated and don't match with the demographics they are trying to market to, nor the demographics of people they're trying to hire. The Job pool is getting better, and their talent is getting worse.

They want DEI back in stores
Review from Customer Support Dept
Leadership is too focused on metrics, which can be and actually are faked at the store level. The work that is needed for the guest isnt actually being done due to payroll hour cuts-leadership is clueless as to why sales are down. You cant buy whats not on the salesfloor.
Review from Sales Dept
Get better managers, give employees raises, stop rewarding with food and reward with money
soooo many things wrong dont waste your time going there or applying
The people I work with. Everyone is down to Earth and genuinely care about one another.
they work with peoples flexibility
Review from Sales Dept
It’s a good place to work
Review from Product Dept
nothing much at all i get a pay check
Good teamwork & supportive coworkers.
To tone it back on the guest interactions. You can still provide excellent guest services without every employee crowding every guest or pushing the sale on them.
being able to pick up hours
Review from Sales Dept
Seek to understand before jumping to conclusions
Better pay and hours !
