Hard working, caring, supportive individuals. A few bad seeds but the good out weigh the bad. Poor management RUINS morale.

I feel like certain departments deserve a higher salary. I worked every department at Target, and i will say guest service is the hardest because its the area thats always put last in terms of staffing. And its more jumping around from one thing to another while maintaining a good guest experience.

Like most companies, without the peons, the company fails; if leadership doesn't know how to manage the peons, the company fails; if management doesn't know how to treat the peons like human beings, the company fails. Target used to be guest-focused... now it's time-focused & guests suffer.
