
They do have medical,dental and a few others but you have to average more then 32 hours to get them and have to work for so long before they are available. Then those are very terrible. Very high deductible and expensive. Vacation/sick time only accumulates after you have worked 1250 hours and then you don't get a lot of that time. Then with the low pay, you can't afford the medical.
I worked there for over a year (not consecutively) averaging around 30 hours a week and was never offered any type of insurance or long/short term disability. it's $15 an hour now (2021) but total crap. They don't care about their employees. Raising hourly means less workers to pick up much more slack. Left there and have been doing great since.
If you work at least an average of 30 hours a week you qualify for medical benefits. Dollar for dollar match up to 5% on 401K. 10% discount on everything in store except alcohol. 20% discount on certain grocery items (fresh fruit and veggies, Simply Balanced) and also C9 items. Pay is ok
