He served as a Member of Industry Leadership Teams for high technology, telecommunication, packaged goods and retail sectors in Asia and was a Member of North American Operations Leadership Team from 1999 to 2003. While at McKinsey & Company, Mr. Pak was seconded to LG Electronics in Seoul, South Korea where he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2007 to 2009. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA degree from Oberlin College.

Prior to Michaels Stores, Ms. Gupta served at Safeway Inc., where she created and institutionalized strategic retail services initiatives. She was a Director and Senior Operating Executive at Hellman & Friedman LLC since 2013 and was responsible for performance excellence and operational efficiency of its portfolio companies. Ms. Gupta received a B.S. Honors and Masters in Finance and Control from University of Delhi.

Mr. Mark Schindele serves as Senior Vice President, Properties at Target Corporation. Mr. Schindele served as the President at Target Canada Co. since May 20, 2014. Mr. Schindele led a global team and provides senior-level oversight to Target's merchandising operations, including systems, global sourcing and product development. He has 22 years of retail experience, including 15 years at Target. During his Target tenure, he has played an integral role in launching new store formats, including PFresh, CityTarget and Target Express. He has also enhanced Target's guest insights and analytics capabilities and led multiple business categories and vendor partnerships. He served as a Senior Vice President of Hardlines Merchandising at Target Corp. until May 20, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President, Merchandising Operations at Target Canada. He is a results-driven Leader.

Mr. Preston Mosier has been Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Target Corp. since 2018. Mr. Mosier served as Senior Vice President of Fulfillment Operations at Target Corp. since August 2016 until 2018. Mr. Mosier oversaw Target's direct-to-consumer fulfillment centers, as well as the process improvement, customer experience and product management functions related to direct fulfillment. Mr. Mosier has expertise in managing direct-to-consumer delivery, including optimizing last-mile operations and using data and automation to move product more efficiently. He spent 10 years in various leadership positions at Amazon building direct-delivery capabilities within a growing, large-scale operation. Most recently, he spent four years with Liquidity Services as Vice President of Operations leading efforts to improve profitability and capacity within supply chain networks for some of the world's largest technology and retail companies.
