    Top Employee Response

Target gives a performance review and raise annually in April. From what I've seen this year (2020) they can range from .5% to 2% for hourly employees. That means if you were earning the company base income of $15, your raise would have been somewhere from 8-30 cents per hour.

When it was $10 all your raises were taken away when the minimum wage went to $13.75 then again when the minimum wage went to $15 and it will happen again as soon as the minimum wage increases again. So unfair. I get .60cents each time as a fulfillment Expert

Target team leader raise and got $1.34. Got highest raise and following year base pay bump happened so someone that got 60 cent raise basically gets paid the same as me. Target needs to understand this pisses a lot of veteran team leaders

If you get top marks (delivered exceptional outcomes), you get a higher raise. I bust my ass at work everyday, as everyone should. I got a 3.8% raise my first year and a 4% my second year, so .52 and .60

Over 1$ for me but it doesn’t matter as my year hard work disappears with base pay bump. Great for everyone else that was under but the point is should have given a base bump first before the yearly raise...

evaluated and issued a merit raise once a year. raise was 0.07%. merit raise was invalidated by change from 13$ to 15$ an hour, not placed on top - ie, not 13$ to 15.09$, just 13$ to 15$.

Not sure what people are talking about with the annual review. I work at a target DC and our yearly review mean absolutely nothing. We haven’t had a raise in over 1.5 years

I got a %4 raise 5/2/2021. I am entry level been working there 18ish months and am an exceptional employee there. So you can get more than %2 if you are a good resource to the company.

I have worked at Target for 22 years, and all through the pandemic. I got a 8 cent raise. What a shame, after being loyal for so long.

Once a year, and average seems to be 10-25¢, although with the company wide minimum wage rasing the yearly rase should be higher to follow the plan.

I received 60cents but some of my fellow co-workers only got between 8 and 10 cents. We get an annual review
