
Target offers annual raises around April/May. Your raise is based on your performance. I'm not sure what the minimum raise is but I think it tops out at 4% of your hourly wage.
Depends on how you do in the job. With the regular increases, any merit raise disappears. Every year at you annual review is when you hear about your raises and how much.
