How challenged are you at Target?

I’m challenged every day at Target. Every day is a new day. Depending on how many people are scheduled, and how many people call out or do a no call, no show… it really depends.

Extremely, because we have a limited amount of time to finish a job while helping the guests get what they need on the spot.

The biggest challenge is to get more done with less people and to pay bills with less pay, due to hours being cut.

Most days I am challenged enough to better myself but not overwork myself. Some days the tasks are more difficult.

With the recent changes to the whole process at target, it's challenging to complete daily work

I'm a bit overwhelmed by the massive changes to the daily routine

I don’t feel challenged at work, I feel motivated.
