I love that we get an annual company performance bonus. All of us are rewarded when the company does well. It really promotes teamwork and keeps us pushing year round.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I do feel I am paid well and received a fairly good raise, as compared to others in my org we are undervalued. They have been dangling the carrot of retitling everyone for almost a year, but nothing has been done and they no longer mention it.

Compensation is driven by a title. The titles are often arbitrary and don't match the work. The process to correct the title (and thereby the pay) is long and full of red tape.

Our work is ill-defined today which makes it difficult to get excited about it.

We need to continue cleaning up departments and removing duplicate work. It's hard to have a sense of purpose when you and someone else literally share the same job. Not to mention, it makes us move slow.
