What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other when the job is too much.

7 out of 10 work very hard. We take our jobs seriously and we look out for each other. We treat peoples packages as if there our own. Safety being our highest priority. Just wish we got treated better. Very upsetting that management gets credit 4 R work. Biggest turnover in employees now I know why.

Have an actual interview! People fill out applications and are instantly sent for physical and drug test. If pass they are sent to contractors for them to hire.

When I get treated with respect and the few supervisors who Do go out of their way to thank us for a job well done. When we're appreciated it gives us the incentive to strive and do The best job and in the safest way we can.

Currently loading 9 vehicles and consistently having the highest scans in the warehouse, meanwhile others are loading 2 and getting paid the same, I definitely need a raise

worked very harsh. building running 10-13k a hr even when we dont have the staff. boxes all over the ground. falling all over the floor. safety hazards. all so they can save total labor hrs. some can line workers are loading 5 trucks by themselves
