I started in beginning of December 2021 and promised a $500 sign on bonus n its the end of February still no sign on bonus. Each Supervisor having a different answer. To date Noone has received it. Dont give breaks, claim they dont have to. Frown if u have to use bathroom, longer then 5min clock out
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get treated with respect and the few supervisors who Do go out of their way to thank us for a job well done. When we're appreciated it gives us the incentive to strive and do The best job and in the safest way we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie between most package handlers inbound and outbound and safety being our number one priority for each other. No matter what we do look out for each other in a very good and positive way. We all have to be here why not make the best of it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were the nicest, kindest ladies I've ever met in an interview process. That's definitely the best Overall!! I really like the big boss and I know if he knew Yes of what went on when he's not there he would clean house without a doubt. Employees treatment is just as important as customer service
What are some of the best things about your team?
7 out of 10 work very hard. We take our jobs seriously and we look out for each other. We treat peoples packages as if there our own. Safety being our highest priority. Just wish we got treated better. Very upsetting that management gets credit 4 R work. Biggest turnover in employees now I know why.
