FedEx drivers are the face of FedEx, the ones who deal with and are face to face with customers everyday. They should realize that without us it wouldn't happen. We are out in every kind of weather no matter what, yet we aren't appreciated.They pay us as little as they can possibly get away with.

The close team I work with is great. They focus on the job, have great work ethics, and they do not let little disagreements get in the way. Others in the building I cannot vouch for.

Team spirit is low. Most people on the PM sort are just there for the benefits. Full timers are even more miserable and management is willfully oblivious.

Switch from part time only to full and part time positions. I used to work 10+ hours just to make sure the pre and post job got done to having hours slashed because I am part time and now we can't have part timers working more than 30 hours a week.
