There is no leadership at this company Only Managers that do not know how to lead but instead blame and intimidate.

This company makes a Billion dollars profit yearly but does not pay sick time to it's administrator and the health insurance ha s very high deductibles.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Train management to be good leaders and to listen to their administrators. Also to follow policies and procedures instead of disect them to fit their desires.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Have outside companies complete investigations (such as intimidation, bullying and harassment) instead of the local HR team, which is 98% partial to what the management team decides .
