Everything! They are never in the same page and all managers have their selective favorites who they allow to do whatever they want and speak to whoever how they want.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Off time vacation benefits are not competive. Bonus has only been available 2 out of the last 5 years.

Because I’m a woman. I started as a package handler with men doing the same job getting paid more. Now I’ve moved up in the company into a male dominated position & they’re still getting paid more. I’ve been in three different positions in this company where men were paid more to do the same job.

Depends on which FedEx you work for. Hubs you have a 9 point background check because you are on federal property. Airport!
