Pays below market rate and offers no equity. We are positioning ourselves as a software company but we don't pay as such

What makes you most happy at work?
Our CTO seems unconcerned with ongoing culture issues and our CEO seems content to let his team manage in a chaotic faShoot. Growing Pains
