There are extra perks and benefits that we receive that many employers do not offer.
When I was first hired, I honestly felt like it was the best work environment and culture I had ever experienced. The values were authentically represented in every interaction. It's deteriorated a bit with the uncertainty of the company sale and waiting for things to normalize again.
