What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading by example in the area of sales.

Review from Sales Dept

Learning the business, knowing what our customer needs are, listening to those who work for them instead of firing those who disagree

Promotion of friends mostly your in or out.

Leader to better lead people

Review from Sales Dept

everything, culture, leadership, motivation, understanding the industry

Review from Sales Dept

Leaders need to focus and communicate core strategy and products, live the mission of empowering employment inside the company. T&E was out of control with minimal renewals or new logos, no employee skill building outside ed funds to get a degree. Hoping Apollo will make smart decisions for us.

exec leaders too tenured so new and fresh ideas get squashed So many missed opportunities for proactive communications on change management; hire an internal communications person

it's all leaders from a certain era. no thought to future leaders program or transitioning people internally into those roles.

Don't celebrate losses as wins. A mindless worker is not a happy one.
