What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team that I work with never hesitate to communicate new information with each other and the client. It is obvious that this team knows how to work as a team and successful manage a project.

From all of The Walsh Group and Archer Western employees I have met, they have all shown leadership. All of the supervisors and my superintendent on our site have tremendous leadership. They have coached everyone and built us up as a team to achieve our vision.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our pay compared to other construction companies is a bit lower, however if we had more benefits offered it would be better.

The best thing about my team is atmosphere they bring to the office. On days where I wasn't feeling very well, I could always count on my team to make me feel better. They have shown me how be an effective worker, while still being able to build meaningful connections.

The most positive aspect of my work environment is how diverse it is. There are people all from different generations and places of the world, yet we are still a great team. Working with people all in different parts of their career helped me open my eyes to the experience ahead of me.
