Great leaders trainers with staff and opportunity for growth.
Review from Engineering Dept
Ability to listen to feedback from employees, leadership in the industry, willing to take on a competitive challenge from either our customers and/or outside fabless tech company, and focus our planning on a 5-7 year global timeframe rather than just a 2-3 US based timeframe. #iamintel

They are very fun to be around.
Review from Engineering Dept
They are very helpful and intelligent.
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to change the culture at the top, not with the teams under them. The culture of just talking around requests instead of actually addressing them directly is getting old and discouraging for all your employees
Review from Engineering Dept
Leaders are very, very weak technically and seem driven by the immediate politics. Leadership seems only interested in getting the most money for themselves.
Review from Engineering Dept
Not having an army of VPs, not cancelling so many projects and not constantly laying off employees.
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership stays at a high level which is someway proper. However, when you brought a new role in the company and the person who fills in the role resigned consecutively - you might want to take a closer look at what is going on. It might not be an issue with the person resigning but their manager.
Review from Engineering Dept
Everything. Leadership has zero vision, completely focused on reaction then inevitably failing due to political infighting.
Review from Engineering Dept
I get a fairly high salary, but I know I am the exception and not the rule at Intel
Review from Engineering Dept
Balanced with great health benefits, equity and good perks
Review from Engineering Dept
Great benefit and stock option
Review from Engineering Dept
Fair compensation package salty plus bonuses stocks
Review from Engineering Dept
I am compensated in a manner so that when the company does really well, so do I, and when the company doesn't do well, I am still compensated fairly on a market basis.
Review from Engineering Dept
Compared to peers in other technology companies, much higher compensation can be found. Half the people here are always looking for opportunities to leave.
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership pushes URM promotion at the stupid levels just so they can get their bonuses. The remaining pay/promotion opportunities are paid for political wrangling. Intel needs to scrap the current pay methodology and pay for value add to the company.
Review from Engineering Dept
Intel is very stingy with equity.
Review from Engineering Dept
Match the stock given by other big tech corporations. We made almost $10 billion in profit last year and Intel spends billions to buy back its own stock. The least it could do is pay its employees fairly.
Review from Engineering Dept
Undervalued doesn’t just mean that you’ve paid below national or state average. Undervalued can also means that they know you are a talented person and a good fit for the role, yet they still try to micromanage you which results in lacks of growth and inability to be creative.
Review from Engineering Dept
Great Teamwork and had set expectations
Review from Engineering Dept
Meetings are short and to the point. Action items are clear and goals are clear.
Review from Engineering Dept
Focus, transparency trust, fearless, inclusive team
Review from Engineering Dept
Team work is essential part of business. Everyone works together to achieve goals.
Review from Engineering Dept
Ability to attract some of the best global talent, and interact on a daily basis with a team that is globally focused developing products and technologies that will meet the demands and opportunities for the markets all over the world.
Review from Engineering Dept
Pay is purely political and very few employees care about doing the right thing for the company. Most employees only care about scrounging for whatever meager pay increases that are available.
Review from Engineering Dept
They coudl be less clanish
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to stop thinking that problem solving is one way and a new person isn’t always there as a threat.
Review from Engineering Dept
All Indian. No diversity and too much offering.
Review from Engineering Dept
Team is ineffective due to shattered morale
Review from Engineering Dept
Trust - there is no micro management, and nobody cares when you come to work, how many hours or days you take off, or if you're taking a lot of breaks. What matters is results, and you are trusted to get there as an adult.
Review from Engineering Dept
Intel takes harassment seriously and I appreciate that.
Review from Engineering Dept
Highly Technical and data driven
Review from Engineering Dept
There is a lot of diversity among various cultutes
Review from Engineering Dept
People work to help each other, and have what I would describe as almost a family style relationship with each other. It goes beyond the relationship in the office, to a point where we know each other's spouses, children, hobbies, etc...
Review from Engineering Dept
Put the engineers that are actually doing work first. Pay them fairly so they have the motivation to drive actual changes on the ground. Otherwise, all we ever will get is talk and nothing else.
Review from Engineering Dept
Stop all of the fake culture messages and blind promotion of minorities. Fire the multiple layers of caustic middle and executive management.
Review from Engineering Dept
Stop the constant layoffs. They seem to want nothing other than an army of VPs.
Review from Engineering Dept
Don’t hire first time people manager. They are often a micromanager and authority based. This people are culture crusher
Review from Engineering Dept
Purge the politics, nepotism and corruption.

Hello – In your post you raise some concerns about your time working at Intel. We take concerns of this nature seriously and we would like an opportunity to look into them. Please send any details that you are able to share to ethics.reporting@intel.
It was mostly practical, not theoretical
Review from Engineering Dept
Interviewers had Good manners and expectations were set at the beginning
Review from Engineering Dept
Hiring is heavily influenced by minority status.
Review from Engineering Dept
Variety of people to interview with
Review from Engineering Dept
They look for depth and breadth of the interview candidate, and have a planned interview process where each member of the interview team has specific areas that they will focus on, and they will pass along notes to the rest of the team based on their interview in real-time for things to drill into.
Review from Engineering Dept
Intel only hires bottom-tier new grads to lower cost. Try hiring actually talented people for a change.

Review from Engineering Dept
Get rid of the multiple layers of caustic, incompetent, political executive and middle management. Stop the stupid promotion of minorities at any cost. Get rid of most of the HR.
Review from Engineering Dept
I want to not be sleep deprived.
Review from Engineering Dept
Rock bottom morale due to political layoffs. Awful compensation. The entire company is a H1B welfare dispensation organization.
