smart and very hard working
Review from Communications Dept
What I really like about the leadership team at Intel is how open and approachable they are. They seem genuinely interested in hearing feedback and encouraging new ideas. It’s also great to see how focused they are on both employee growth and building an inclusive work environment. I admire how th
The do have a vision
Responsible, Teamwork, and are experts in the area
striving for many years and yet to see the fruit of it in stock price
Still too new to assess.
Less detached than other leadership teams. Current CEO worked his way up from the factory and it shows in his decisions.
Allow flexibility to work remotely
Putting focus back on cutting edge tech and manufacturing. Also realizing the industry has shifted to the foundry model and working to earn market share.
Nice and helpful leadership and trusting
Work culture and mindset to encourage team mates.
Direct leadership team appears to have best interest for those under them. Not certain if that is also felt be the leadership team above them.
They are approachable and straightforward. They are more concerned with getting work done than the "trappings of power."
Review from Communications Dept
Transparency and frequent communication to the organization.
Transparency and clear messaging. Good strategy
Great vision from the new leader
Fair, communicative, together, team, safety
These people are very good at decision making
Caring, comprehencive, rewarding -- just the best
They are hard-working, intentional and deliberate in their decision-making, and work hard to show their employees how much they value them.
Review from Marketing Dept
Professionalality, leadership, better communication, care about their employees. Not see them as tools
They need to prioritize the development teams
During my ten years of work, I have worked with different leaders, and the later leadership team experienced a great change in management style and thinking as the CEO was renewed and became more bureaucratic and less responsive to the market
They need to change the culture at the top, not with the teams under them. The culture of just talking around requests instead of actually addressing them directly is getting old and discouraging for all your employees
Review from Engineering Dept
maturity communication fariness straighforward merit
competition and effective promotion. Fair visibility/evaluation and reward to contributions.
Hiring people to fill the missing caps and sticking to their word
Authenticity, removal of toxic political culture/bias
A strong leader and capible leader
Review from Product Dept
Leaders are very, very weak technically and seem driven by the immediate politics. Leadership seems only interested in getting the most money for themselves.
Review from Engineering Dept
Learning to develop technology vs just cost cutting
Review from Product Dept
Train people and actually place interest in people.
Review from Operations Dept
Not having an army of VPs, not cancelling so many projects and not constantly laying off employees.
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership stays at a high level which is someway proper. However, when you brought a new role in the company and the person who fills in the role resigned consecutively - you might want to take a closer look at what is going on. It might not be an issue with the person resigning but their manager.
Review from Engineering Dept
Everything. Leadership has zero vision, completely focused on reaction then inevitably failing due to political infighting.
Review from Engineering Dept
Understanding their target market segment
Clarity of direction while not alienating the workforce and making us all fear for our jobs!
The leadership team needs to get better at focusing on people opinions.
Review from IT Dept
Everything. Rampant cronyism and nepotism needs to be purged. Gangster mentality for empire building is absolutely poisonous.
Review from Engineering Dept
Be more responsive to employees.
