Mostly keeps to technical questions. Which makes it fair, since this is an engineering company.

The questions were technical and behavioral if I didn't know the answer to a question I would ask for help and received it so that I could complete the question. I didn't feel like I was on trial as with most other skilled interviews.

Less talk. More hire. And remove the resume.

Spend more time, understanding the applicants, human skills and less about their technical skills

Honesty, turn around time and communication.

Intel only hires bottom-tier new grads to lower cost. Try hiring actually talented people for a change.
