What did you like most about the interview process?
My favorite part of the interview process was finally going to the interview. It was a great experience personally meeting Walsh's leaders and demonstrating my skills to them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team that I work with never hesitate to communicate new information with each other and the client. It is obvious that this team knows how to work as a team and successful manage a project.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going above and beyond and assignments expectations makes me the most happy. I was assigned to help create our team's Matthew Miles Walsh presentation, and I put all of my effort to deliver a quality report and theme with refined content.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is atmosphere they bring to the office. On days where I wasn't feeling very well, I could always count on my team to make me feel better. They have shown me how be an effective worker, while still being able to build meaningful connections.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of my work environment is how diverse it is. There are people all from different generations and places of the world, yet we are still a great team. Working with people all in different parts of their career helped me open my eyes to the experience ahead of me.
